Over the next 7 days, I challenged the teenagers to be kind.  I gave them a list of 7 ways they can be kind and do “The BIG Give” over the next 7 days.  Here they are:

1. Be honest (Thursday)
2. Be sympathetic and comforting (Friday)
3. Be merciful towards your enemies (Saturday)
4. Be grateful (Sunday)
5. Be courteous (Monday)
6. Be hospitable (Tuesday)
7. Be forgiving (Wednesday)

So today’s kindness is to be honest.  So today we were sitting in staff meeting discussing the upcoming events with Friendship Weekend and I’m texting away.  I thought I was being pretty slick and no one noticed me, but looks like my Pastor caught me.  So this is where I had to be honest! He asked me was I texting during the meeting and i told him yes, and he said it wasn’t proper to be texting during staff meeting. I could have denied the whole thing and said I wasnt texting, but it would have been lying.  So teenagers, BE HONEST!!
