Tonight Im sharing and the title of the message is “The Coke Bottle Effect”. Im talking about Anger Management and I’m using the story of Cain and Abel!! Here are a couple of things I have planned to make things smooth.
- Downloaded a couple of you tube videos on anger and coca cola.
- Going to have a drinking contest to see who can drink a bottle of coca cola the fastest
- Have an interview with one of the local rappers Prodigal Son who will share his story on anger and a decision he made while angry and how it effected him
So those are just a few of the highlights!! I’m excited and can’t wait to see what God does in our service tonight!!

Just came back from Fine Arts!!! It was a blast, it was good to see teenagers put their talents to use in a positive environment!! There are truly some talented teenagers in Florida. Future pastors, big time singers, designers, AND DRUMMER!! Man this young lady tore up the drums, I had never seen anything like that before!! Here are a couple of highlights from the event!!
- It was good to run into some of the blogroll family, Kev, Al, Jon!! Felt like running into family!!
- First time at Faith Assembly of Orlando, that place is HUGE!!!!
- We have some talented teens in Florida, I can’t wait for nationals!!
- Our step team came in 1st place in the Unconventional Percussion, our dance team came in 2nd place, and one of our young ladies was invited to Nationals for her short sermon!!
- The rest of our talented crew received superiors in their respective categories!!
- Mad props to our leaders, they really give of themselves to make it happen. They don’t get paid, but they do it for the love. My wife, Marc, Camile, Sandra, and Marthe!! Ya ROCK!!
- Teenagers are funny, it’s always good to hit the road with them!!
- Ormand beach youth choir rocked!! They sounded and looked good!! Can’t wait to see ya in Nationals!!
- All in all it was a great event, for my first Fine Arts event I really enjoyed it.
If your reading this blog and your not sure what Fine Arts is, or when it happens, here is the website.
Thanks to all those that work behind the scenes to make Fine Arts happen the way it does!!

Tonight was Fine Arts Presentation night, so it wasn’t your normal service, but it still was one of our best services!! Our teenagers are very talented and we thank God, that they are using it for his glory!! Our drama team, step/dance team, and choir all did their thing. We had actual judges judging their performances and giving them feed back as to how they did and what needed improvement. (Great idea PK).

Home sweet home, America, Now I can see why Eddie Murphy got so excited about “Coming to America!!!!” I can already smell it, its so close!! Just a couple more hours, ill be on the plane, heading for home, to be with my loved one, family, and friends. I’m all packed up, hyped up, and juiced up to come home. Just need to pick up a few things at the airport, and home here I come. It’s been a great trip, but I was ready to come home yesterday, i think Im home sick now!! But soon it will be over. God has used us to do his thing, and now it’s time to go back home. The country of Haiti will forever be on my mind, and I look forward to returning some day. Not sure when, maybe 2 years, 3, or 4. But hopefully nothing sooner. I have been to Haiti twice in the last 4 months, and the people of Haiti need all the love they can get. I agree with what one of the team members said earlier, that every teenager or adult needs to experience Haiti at least once in their life time, so they can see how blessed they are!
Im thankful for the opportunity God has given me to expierince this trip, im thankful for my wife who has been praying for me while away, our leadership team and staff led by our Pastor and his lovely wife, friends that checked up on my wife, and to you out there that prayed and read the blog. Hopefully one day you can come and check out the next mission trip!! Until I get to Miami, see ya!! God Bless the country of Haiti!!

Just came back from the boys house and Im soaking wet. So im a little upset, but ill get over it!! This mission trip has really been an experience. From climbing a mountain in the rain, where the rocks are slippery, to come back down that same mountain and walking in the rain for about 2.5 hours, walking through river like places, to now on the back of a pick up truck, as rain pierces your skin!! It’s not a good feeling, when all you have on is a silky shirt and jeans. COLD and WET!!! But it’s a mission trip, not a vacation. You learn to get over it, and I will. But we got a chance to bless the boys house with new bed sheets. The live out of the childrens home, since they are alot older, and they are loving it. Giving them new bed sheets to sleep on, is something they really enjoyed and they already put on their beds. Hopefully I can show pictures, cause the smiles on their faces, will tell it all. Time for a late night snack, and to catch up on all the reading i missed!!

I miss the Boston Rela-Friends already!!!! Cristie, Kelly, Sam, Pastor Joe, Jackie, Mitzi, NANCY, Andy “Lockdown Mode”, and John. Just came from the Baptist Mission with the rest of the crew, up in Port Au Prince. Real nice place to get a nice meal and soviners. I didnt get anything but a sandwich, egg rolls, and good ol American Strawberry Milkshake. MAN THAT WAS REFRESHING!!! On the way back we saw a dead lady on the ground surronded by flies, and people were walking by and some sitting around watching. Crazy sight. Its not much anyone of us can do, but pray for this nation. Thank you to all those that prayed for us, hopefully after you see the pictures, maybe you would be interested in traveling with us!!
