The theme this year was Elevate! Elevate your praise, elevate your worship, elevate your relationship with Christ! It was an awesome Retreat. Here is a video! Our youth retreat was 2 weeks ago.

- Just signed up for a new gym 24 hours, cause I need to get back in shape. So this morning I went to the gym and worked out. Im going to do this before and after picture. My goal, too look like I did my first year in college.
- Heading to work now, got alot of catching up to do.
- But before I leave I thought I show you guys a picture of our puppy. It’s really my wifes, but I like to brag like its mine too!

- -Man our praise team led an awesome time of worship-Had 98 total teens (our youth pastor is doing a big push this march to get kids to bring out visitors) This will SPARK kids to invite friends hopefully
- -Today was our Youth Pastor’s birthday and tomorrow was his wife (Great man and woman of God) He turned 1000 – 50 + 200 X I can’t display on this Blog. So we got them a gift from all the leaders (it can be a challenge trying to get money from leaders, but the leaders were more willing than usual, so that was good to see) and a cake!! They loved it
- -I shared tonight about 20 minutes on Surrender: It’s time to hand it over Joshua 24:14-15, and focused on vs 15 “As for me, and my family, I will worship God”
- - And then we had an altar call, earlier in the day I really believed God, for teens to come up to the altar, and man did they come, I don’t know if it was the “ok, he went up ill go up too” but it was good to see 60 plus teens at the altar. It was good to see God, use me tonight, and my prayer is that I can continue to be a vessel.
- -We also pushed the fact we want to see kids bring their Bibles, it was amazing to see just 14 Bibles, raised to see how many have their Bible, and then Pastor K asked how many are Christians and like all the hands went up. So for the next couple of months if not longer, were going to hammer it in their heads “BRING YOUR BIBLE!”
- -I drove one of the vans, filled with teens home tonight. We lost one of our van drivers (one of the hard part of ministry) finding volunteer that wants to pick teens and wait through a service and drop them home and not come back to church till after 10.
- -I think I wrote too much. ill stop while I’m ahead. Too bed I go!!It’s like fifty degrees outside
Were sleeping with the AC off and windows open!! Later!! - Blogging is cool!! Ok later WORLD!!
First Sermon of the year February 27, 2008

Tonight, I have the special privilege of sharing in our youth group. I been praying ever since I came back from EVOLVE, that God would use me, so I been sinking myself in his Word and praying day and night. I believe tonight God is going to do something big. Im sharing about surrendering:it’s time to hand it over. Im using Joshua 24:14-18. I just finish walking our new puppy, we’ve had her 3 weeks, we call her WIZdom, cause she is SUPER smart. Ill post pictures of her soon. Ok, time to finish up the sermon.

Wow! My first actual blog! Im sitting at my office desk. Probably wondering what has started me to blog! Well the truth is, I saw someone, who I respect doing it, and thought it would be cool to invite the world, into my mind and world! Plus I think its cool!
